Welcome!
Welcome to my new web page on statistical evidence. Over time I plan to write about topics related to the computation, evaluation, and interpretation of mathematical methods for measuring statistical evidence. Please feel free to send me suggestions for future topics or comments on what is already here.
I have written a fair amount about using Likelihood methods to measure the strength of evidence in a given body of observations. But here I hope to expand the focus and explore new ideas as well as old ones.
I was inspired to stand up this web page after reading all of the recent twitter comments and blog postings that appeared in concert with the upcoming ASA Symposium on Statistical Inference. With any luck, I'll be able to contribute to the discussion without being limited to 140 characters.
